Dreamweavers Identity: Near has a bit of an aggression problem. He’s 1/3 of the Elite, coming off as rather cruel and downright rude. He has a bit of an obsession with Tammy, never bullying her but getting too close for comfort and making suggestive comments. He’s considered the leader of the Elite, and those who come across him are always cautious about confronting him again.
Reality: Cory was always bullied. Ever since he was little, he’d constantly be the center of negative attention; rumors, being pushed in the halls, getting knocked over, getting locked in janitors closets at school. It got to the point where he was very silently bitter, going to therapy once a week to get his emotions out and eventually just transferring schools. However, the scars were still there and Cory was always wary. His bitterness shows through his comatose, physical violence being thrown into the mix; subconsciously picking on others before they have a chance to pick on him.
